Shipping Details:

• We deliver orders within Turkey, and delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
• We ship to all cities and towns within Turkey. However, delays may occur in deliveries to remote areas, which are beyond our control.
• If you are not available at the address during delivery, the package will be returned to the nearest Aras Kargo branch. You have 3 days to collect the package before it is returned to us.

Receiving Orders:

• Please ensure to inspect the package upon receiving it. If any damage or defect is found, please refuse to accept the package and request a damage report from the courier. We will either resend the product or refund your payment depending on the situation.
