1. Return Conditions
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The invoice or order document must be provided with the product upon return.
- Non-returnable items include: custom-made products, discounted or promotional items, and underwear for hygiene reasons.
2. Exchange Conditions
- You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- If the item for exchange is not available, alternative options will be provided, or a refund will be issued.
3. Return and Exchange Process
- You can submit a return or exchange request by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting customer service.
- Once your request is approved, you will need to send the product back to the designated address via a shipping carrier. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- After receiving the product, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
- In case of a return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. In this case, Aveen.store will cover the shipping costs.
- A free exchange or full refund will be provided for damaged or incorrect products.
